    I was in town to visit with family and wanted a good steak along with good service.... We got the good service and a great meal.  Will visit again on my next trip to Springfield

    Food is tasty, cooked correctly & fresh, good quality selections!  I like all you can eat peanuts, and throw shells at the waitress!

    Wait  time for a seat is acceptable and staff treats you like they have known you for decades!

    Ambience and decor are ok. I'm not from Texas, but didn't claim to be. Not required either to eat here!

    All in all, you get a great meal with reasonable prices. It's consistent every visit and that equals 4 stars for me ! !

    First of all I'd like to say that Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I honestly try and avoid a lot of chain restaurants but you can't avoid TRH. They have one of the best, affordable steaks, sides, and cannot forget those complimentary rolls and cinnamon butter!

    I'll attach photos the next time I come here but I had to go ahead and leave a 5 star because of the excellent customer service received by our waitress, Shelbey, along with an amazing meal. She truly made our dining experience a great one. Our cups were never left empty and she was communicative with the status of our food due to high volume of customers. I'm not sure if I can request a server but I'd definitely ask for her next time!

    I'll definitely be coming back for more steaks and burgers!!

    The Springfield Missouri, Texas Roadhouse was a disappointing meal. The wait was really long because we wanted a table and chairs not a booth or a high table (they don't have kids high-chairs for the high tables).
    We asked for a high chair for a half booth & chairs table and half that was a problem because of a fire hazard. The service was slow and it took over 2 hours before we're out of there. We love TRB In Modesto, Tracy and Elk Grove, CA much better customer service and food quality.

    We have visited this TR location many times. They always seem to be busy, but they work hard to get everyone in quickly and provide excellent service throughout. This is one of our favorites!
